I’m not here because I mastered perfection.
I’m here because I chose alignment—again and again.

Like many women, I built a solid, respectable corporate life.
It looked good on paper. It paid the bills. It checked the boxes.
And quietly, it cost me parts of myself I wasn’t willing to lose. My health, my sanity and my personal values.
Leaving wasn’t dramatic. It was deliberate.
I didn’t burn it down. Although I had matches.
I walked away—with clarity, responsibility, and a deep knowing that my life was meant to feel different than it did.

Today, my life is grounded in what matters most to me.
I’m a mother who is deeply proud of the men my sons have become. I raised wonderful souls.
A grandmother who understands that joy is not a luxury—it’s medicine. It is great practice for being present, and well, patient. Grandkid adventures are the best. Camping, kayaking, baking or just hanging out. The best.
A daughter who helps care for aging parents, with reverence, realism and muscle on our little horse ranch. I often see where many of my character traits came from.
This season of life taught me something no certification ever could:
You don’t need more willpower.
You need a life you love and fits who you are now. Aligned.

This is why my work is practical, grounded, and human.
I don’t coach from theory or fluff.
I coach from lived experience—real responsibility, real choices, real energy limits and real science.
With choice and invitation, not a hard sell on how you "should" manage your health. As always, your choice.
I understand women who are capable, tired, devoted, and quietly asking, “Is this really how it’s supposed to feel?”
And I respect them enough to not hand them fluff. A bit 'o sass maybe, but never fluff. You don't have time for that.

If you’re here because something in your life is quietly asking for more honesty, more alignment, more fun or more ease—
you’re in the right place.
You don’t have to rush.
You don’t have to prove anything.
Just know this:
A different way of living is possible.
And it doesn’t require becoming someone else. You are already her. We just need to release the parts that aren't.
